comment from some Kekling on Facebook

========== QUOTE ==========

Long before, LKY had cautioned. Not only wrong politics and economics
but also " culture because they are not taught in our schools.". GCT and
LHL gave him a deaf ear. Their concern was votes.
The Indians are complaining the number is dwindling. Did they keep their
promise under CECA on the percentage of business to Singaporeans.
Modi defaulted on his marriage on the first day.. Trustworthy?. Arun
Jaitley. Lately a 8 year old khasmiri girl was raped and murdered by
priest, police and their relatives. There was an uproar. This Minister
Arul Jaitley told the Indians it is a small matter and continued
protestations will hamper tourism and business. Would the scoundrel Arun
hold on to that stand if the girl was his granddaughter. Such manner of
men these scrumbugs.

During the period where China was just abt to open its economic door..in order to be competitive n relevant in the world market...SG adopted this approach by opening the floodgate for cheaper workers to come to SG..
Now the authority is trying partially or drastically to reduce foreign workers this has created a vacuum in the domestic market.. Go take a look at eatery shop along geylang..most of these joints are abt to close shop..how abt those needy families who depend on room rental ( to foreign workers) to make ends meet?..

So to speak..SG not end capable leaders to create jobs.. N not leaders just collecting their mthly fat salaries..

Currently MRT projects abt to finish.. So how,?

As I mentioned before..Malaysia got land..we SG got sea... Other area like tourism ..n properties for foreign buyers.

I think SG shld look into these two market...1) making use on those changi south reclaimed land..turned it into a huge ' low budget hotel"..I means very low budget..ie..charging $12 to $15 per bed per night..must be lower than those tekka budget hotels.. In order to attract thousands of country bumpkin Indian n Chinese travellers daily..cos these country bumpkins heard abt SG beautiful skyline..among SEA countries..they love to drop by.. 2) cordoned those southern islands n turned it into a big fishery farming cum resort place..some kind of Mediterranean of the east.. Ya over there fish farming may face very strong current..therefore need to construct some type of blockade using caged stones as barriers..to slow down the current flow.. This make it easier for fish farmers to put their floating cages..otherwise with strong current those fishing cages may swept away by strong current..
I can confidently say tat if these two projects are taken up ( or initiated) by the authority or with the help from respective authority providing basic infrastructure..these two projects can easily create thousand of jobs for sgian n foreign workers..
U tell me..why must reduce or stop foreign job seekers coming here for jobs?

As wat they say..when ppl are complain..biz is bad!

Its not abt biz is bad..its abt u..u got no lobang to improve your biz!

LHL still harbours the hope to increase Singapore's populatuon to 10 million. The PAP has always been gaming the system -- bigger population means bigger GDP. For example, China has a bigger GDP than Singapore simply because its population is many times Sungapore's.

they don't count "per capita"? why don't they used this as KPI?

But ... but but but but but

since we locals are not fucking enough to produce babies, how can we not
depend on foreigners?

Besides the e-CON-no-me, the Pee And Pee also needs new citizens to prop

Seriously speaking, when SG adopted of the same approach of massive

cheap labour to overcome of what China was doing of its massive

cheap labour force when its economic doors were opened in the

early days, it was the beginning of the "downfall" of SG, so to speak.

They were no pressures of them in the execution of ensuring there

were mandatory upgrades of their people into holding of higher

geared jobs and the upgrading of processes, too.

Still, SG leadership was still about cheap labour to compete for

foreign direct investments. Foreign companies with high volume

manufacturing were told of cheap labour and massive supply

of cheap labour to meet their demands and needs.

The economic development board were the body which involved

in their dealing of attracting of foreign companies with promises

of cheap pay labour and etc.

Being part of working with the top executives of foreign companies

demanding 10 years tax free and cheap labour rates and non-union

employees, there were also laughing at how incompetent of their

EDB officers were. They were talks of EDB Phillip Yeo's

scrambled speeches with mumbled Singrish of poor English

skills that cannot be understood by them and many people

of foreign executives.

Please this is no pun intended on them or to the papist

leaderships. There were many laughable things of which

a lot of foreign employees were saying they took away

high paying jobs from giving to SG people who were

already as competent as them, if not more competent

than them, both educational-wise and experiences-wise

already.

It was papist interest to subdue its people from getting

smarter and better than them. It made them of how

their SG people should be subdued with low pay and

with hired and fired policy for private company employees,

but it was not the case when comes to their own civil

servants and papist ministers and top administrators.

The disparity between civil servants and GLC employees

and private employees were so distinctly by different

employment terms of employability between them.

They said that if this SG people is in the country of USA or

Britain, the papist would have been replaced many times already.

Sorry for this digression, but it had a lot of to do with what

happened now in the stagnant SG.

With their stirring of kopi O again and again, like those old folks

sitting in coffee shops stirring their coffee starring in idleness

of penniless loiterer in helplessness.

The massive imports of cheap labour with faked and unqualified

qualifications in the guised of "foreign talent" policy led to its

further of dilution of the capacity of talented SG people into their

early retirement resulting in stagnant unemployment and immersing

in loneliness and idleness and permanent depression resulted from

their silence of withdrawal symptom from job and age discriminations

due to their big gaps of long period of unemployment status whose

part-time employment is not a good reference of job experiences, per se.

A check of the number employer contribution of employee CPF to the

CPF board can tell how many of the of its SG citizens have not been

working and how many had done part time hourly work instead.

As the competition of business in China have recently been

moved up to the next level, where highly efficient

automation with design thinking processes run

by robotic and artificial intelligence systems, SG will be

even be far behind them.

SG was ahead of China for the past 45 years. But the

last 5 years when SG reached 50 years of age, their

focus of very high pay and putting their own

choosing and preferred ones oversight

the changes in SG economy.

Since the past several SG cannot produce and make

what China can make and produce.

In the past five to 10 years, China has accelerated

to become the biggest manufacturing in the world

of all kinds of electronic and electrical products

from TV to Hi-fi.

They can build household goods and

white goods such as fridges and air-cons, etc.,

All the world of brands in the world are made

in China.

They can make mobile phones and have become

the largest numbers of hand-phone producers

in the world.

They also can make cars and trucks and even

This is the first round of courtesy visit for Nasi lemak

to have a good look at how the pathetic anti-corruption

department the he ran that reported to before he was

ousted in the May 9 election.

He will likely be smiling at the corruption officials for

their "polite and gentle" questions.

Nasi will thank the officials for their offering of "tei tarik"

or "long-pulling foaming tea" that made from their

Cameron highland tea farm.

Nasi will likely thank the officials for interviewing him

in a special comfortable air-con executive conference

room.

This is where their top official meeting and dining

are usually held.

He will thank them for asking him of what food he wishes

to eat, and to have for his lunch and tea-breaks in the

interview room

anti-corruption people is going to get him arrested or just a hands shake,
is just too probable true.

He was summon by MACC to report at the MACC HQ..on Tuesday.

It seem that almost all non BN members are quite pissed off by Nazi

super high speed bullet trains.

They can build their jet fighters, and aircraft

carriers, tanks, and amours, and hypersonic

missiles.

In which case, SG cannot design nor produce

them showed that their economic concepts

of SG were just to be and to remain as

workers or employees of subcontractors

and contractors for the SG garment and

invested foreign companies.

In short, no pun intended, is that the

there are a lot of stirring and recycling

of kopi O in SG.
