I believe Sand's official did some survillance on RWS casino
biz......and report to their boss.
Probably they (Sand) are a little worried that it is not what they
expected to see....big crowd from foreign gamblers or local
gamblers...unfortunately, its not so.
This may eventually made Sand management to slow down their opening
(on April) by seeking a solution with CRA on this $100 levy for
sgian......
Probably in these coming days(not months) these 2 casino operators
may team up and approach CRA for a revised on this $100 levy. These 2
casino operators can't afford to wait for months to meet up with CRA
ppl....its urgent.....If not these 2 casino operators would throw in
the towel and ask Temasick to take over....Hahaha...

Anyway these 2 casino operators do carry alot of weight during the
negotiation with CRA cos, if they foiled up thousand of sgian
employees are gonna hit the road.
Lim Kok Thay will tell CRA....OK we don't mind those few hundred
thousand levies collected in the first few days to be put in your
CRA's pocket.....and fuck-off....and pls don't teach us how to
fuck....as a casino operator......Or you CRA idiots may be thinking of
collecting those $100 levy and later on you buggers want to build
another casino next to us?...Hahaha...

Solution would be levy free during non-peak hours, just like ERP.

money from a piece of shits paper.
And some more hor....CRA say...'this cannot..that also
cannot'....alamak ppl invested 6.6 billion into this project and let
you idiots sitting shiok shiok at your air-con office saying 'this
